Our controllers utilize an Advanced Bend Compensation algorithm. By inputting the specific material properties (Tensile Strength, Elasticity), the controller calculates the exact "Spring-Back" for that material. It then adjusts the ram stroke depth automatically to over-bend the sheet by the perfect fraction of a degree.
